Parent Volunteers

If you are interested in volunteering, please read through the district policy so that you can follow the necessary steps towards becoming a volunteer.

• Writing: 
  I am looking for a volunteer that will work with students individually to improve their revising and editing.  You will help them elaborate on their ideas and assist in adding words/ideas that will make their writing more descriptive.  You will also help them edit their writing by identifying errors in spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
  
   
• Math: 
  I am looking for a volunteer that would be willing to work with students on basic math facts, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication or division or work with students on a variety of skills that he/she may be struggle with.
  
   
• Reading: 
  I am looking for a volunteer to work with students independently to improve their fluency, expression, and rate or to work on a variety of comprehension skills.
